Sindhuvanam’s Garden of Eden (Haridaspally near ECIL)

We proudly present our first strategic alliance project Sinduvanam’s Garden of Eden, the largest HMDA approved layout in Hyderabad, spanning over 90Acres.The layout is located at Haridaspally which is just a 15 min drive from Sainikpuri and 10 min drive from ECIL. Fully grown coconut trees adorn the 1Km water creek garden along the leisure walking track.The layout is located in close proximity to the Bits Pilani campus Hyderabad, Army Dental college,Keesara and Cheryal temple etc and is located 3Km inside of the ORR.True to its name Sindhuvanam’s Garden of Eden will have avenue plantations and landscaped gardens across the layout and would also have a fantastic clubhouse with modern amenities.Cement roads, underground drainage, water & electricity are the some of the highlights of the project.
