Hi my name is mounika and he is Maharshi we came to attended Simhadri he gave a very detailed description about Garden of Eden we have seen many projects but this projects is very impressive and Somashekar gave us detailed description and explained everything in a power point presentation later we booked an appointment for a site visit there developments and club house roads everything else seemed very nice completely developed and a very beautiful investment so we are part of GOE went actually when i went for that site visit Somashekhar and Simhadri came with me and picked me up so on the way they explained clearly so the way they mean where the exact location is and what are the developments whatever deployments have happen they explained everything they took us to the site showed us the entire development on the site explained it well showed in a clear cut manner you can think of them as very well behaved persons so the staff were also very well behaved and after he visited the site immediately they took us to the same place again all the industries and TSIIC whatever they were he took us all around they actually took very good care of me a part of that both Somashekar and Simhadri received me very well became like a family members for me they are very good we are a part of Garden of Eden thank you

Hi we actually we bought a plot in GOE so how did this journey happen it’s been two years since we got married and then we had recently had a baby we saw that respect and caring inside after seining that we felt a little bit of a showed interest but after knowing that about the company seeing all the posters outside and doing a Google search they said lets go ahead together and after listening to the presentation it started so later we committed and took the plot in tenth venture the staff here kavya and nandhini and chaitanya are all very friendly and whatever they say on the table they are definitely on standby we liked that commitment very much and we have went and saw the venture from close by we liked the venture too and we immediately told nandhini that she was tried and said go home no no the plot is going to end again i came back and booked immediately and in the last sir a little chit chatting give me something for happiness sir we talked a little bit so what is the gift of life for our new born what is the last my dream i.e. is let’s give it to the nearest one we thought let’s give it to her that’s i thank you
