Hi Goe my name is Harshavardan and my wife name is Divya so we actually went to nexus mall but they have somashekar and bhargavi so they explained it and every step very well guys im impressed you a lot for this speech actually so without me knowing we spent about four hours of time here we stayed with 10 months baby we have a boy who is have age of 10 months that baby too it’s like we just added this to their speech without considering it so each and every step has been explained clearly so let’s see we came up with an idea saying why don’t we buy a plot ?but we selected one day we went for site visit bhargavi and somashekar picked us up with their own transport from their house we went for the site visit and saw what they said we felt very very clearly visible there so we felt trust so this means that in the present situation land in Hyderabad is very much litigations it is not trustworthy even if you buy it there is no security for it we are unable to provide such a thing they shown everything transparency so we feel very happy about it so we decided to take here and we bought the plot unexpectedly with expectations so we are very happy to buy a plot in Goe thank you

Hi everyone, this is Preethi Prasad. I am Ajay and he is my father, Suryal Prasad Gupta. Today I think we have taken one of the best decisions of our lives by taking a piece of land from the Garden of Eden. And we found everything to be genuine. And hopefully that will…It was a fruitful… Yeah, this will be a fruitful investment for us. And we got a good support from Harish, Sushant. And when we came back to your office here at Madhapur, we also met Sandeep, who really helped us out to take decision. Because initially we were a little bit confused like which plot we should be taking and which area we should be taking. So, thanks Sandeep, we really got your help. Thank you very much. For many years, we have been looking for plots like the way Mr. Sandeep has explained us. That really helped me out because I personally don’t have much idea about this land and like my husband, he has much more idea about this. So, when Sandeep was briefing me about this land, so I got a much more clear idea about the real approval and why this venture that we are looking for would be more helpful for us. Thank you.
