Hope fully the main plus points which I will say when compared to other real estate companies are it is easy to buy the plot in GOE ventures for the Normal employees and people with low income, Self employed can get a plot in minimum range which other real estate companies are failing to do so and other plus point is the best point for newly married couples of 5 years holiday scheme and even I am also planning to get married so I felt this would be the best option so what I want to suggest this would be the best option for the newly married couples and also to the people with normal salary. Actually I feel feared of investing money but after coming to Garden of Eden, Saleem bhai and Nawaz sir both of them supported me which was a plus point.
